Automations for Every Problem.

The systems a small business needs but doesn't have the team to build — reviews, reports, data, a website that's kept current. AI WorkFlowz builds them, and keeps them running.

What we've built.

GenAI Document Workflows

Deployed and running

An auditor managing Integrated Management Systems across product certification audits was losing most of a day per report turning on-site shorthand into formatted findings. We built a tool they drag a document onto: it reads which standards apply, expands each note into a full finding, and writes the results back into the document in place. Every finding is still read and signed off by the auditor, and no credential ever sits on their laptop.

Illustrative example: a site note expanded into a finding. Not client data.

Google review requests

Built · in pilot

When a job's done, your customer gets one text or email that opens your Google review form in a single tap. If they don't tap, there's one reminder, and anyone who has already clicked through is never asked again.

Every customer gets the same link, never filtered by how happy they are. Australian spam rules come built in: an opt-out on every message, and no sends on Sundays or public holidays. It starts from what you already use, even just BCC-ing it on your invoice emails.

Waiting for a finished jobSame link for every customer. Nobody is filtered out.
Illustrative example of a review request. The business and customer are fictional.

What else we build

Modern website rebuilds

A site rebuilt around how the business actually runs today, then kept current on a schedule instead of quietly going stale.

Data retrieval pipelines

Pulls the numbers and records scattered across your existing tools into one place, so the report writes itself instead of the afternoon.

Chaos, sorted.

The unchecked documents. The reports still written by hand. The data that has to be retrieved from three different places. The website nobody's touched since it launched. None of it is urgent on any single day — it just never resolves itself. We build the system that sorts it, and keeps it sorted.

Twelve loose ends

Tell us which task it is.

One form is enough to start. Describe the process however you'd describe it to someone who works with you. We'll tell you whether there's something worth building, including when there isn't.
